Each class is $5.00-paid directly to the The Center to support the mission & vision of The Center in Anchorage, Alaska.
Class taught by Julia Sargent RKT, R-HYI. She holds a BS degree in Kinesiology, is a Registered Kinesiotherapist and Holy Yoga Instructor. Almost finished with her Masters degree in Public Health-you can typically find her running after her husband and three year old. Julia has worked in the field of non-profit health & nutrition programs since 2004.
