Life presents us with diverse experiences, some of which provoke emotions of anger, resentment, sadness, grief, and others that we often find challenging to deal with. Societal conditioning urges us to “toughen up”, push through the pain and move on with our lives, leaving behind these heavy emotions and forsaking our wounds.
The purpose of this presentation is to bring awareness to how unexpressed emotions, as well as wounds that have not been healed, are unwilling to remain dormant; therefore, significantly influencing our behavior, relationships, and life.
The participants will be introduced to a healing practice called Psychosomatic Journey® and learn about essential elements that make the process of healing possible.
