Part I: With Siri Amrita
This gentle Sunday morning series comprises two parts, of 4 classes each. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation (as Taught by Yogi Bhajan) will be used to help raise vitality and awareness. The techniques will provide a pathway to deep relaxation and stress-reduction, which is where all authentic healing begins. The practices may be done on a mat, from a chair...or a combination. Classes are appropriate for those experiencing various health conditions, or anyone in need of addressing the effects of chronic stress. Bringing along a caregiver, supportive friend or family member, will be a beautiful thing for continuing to apply, outside of class, the practices learned.
