I have been practising yoga for 7 years and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Bali in August 2017. Yoga has helped me get to know myself on a much deeper level and through my regular practice, I can find tranquility in the midst of a busy life. I've recently returned to work as a psychologist after a career break to travel and explore far away lands.
I love the connection between psychology and yoga and I'm passionate about sharing this with others to promote positive wellbeing. In my yoga classes you'll find breath development, careful sequencing and a relaxed and welcoming space to develop your practice.
