The fabled, never before seen footage of cult-favorite Hymon & Parfunkel’s unreleased reunion performance on MV1’s StorySingers. Go beyond the lyrics and into the minds of two of the worlds almost greatest musicians. These former friends who have seen the highest of highs and the bedrock of bottom. Watch as they make a mad dash down memory lane, fighting against the past and their own egos to tell their story. They both need the fame. One needs the money. It’s time for An Evening with Hymon and Parfunkel.

Gregg is very excited to bring Hyman & Parfuncle to life after he and writing partner Louis Pardo premiered songs from the show at the Chance Theater's Chance-a-thon event. Gregg and Louis have been writing together since college and can't wait to share their unique humor with an audience. Gregg has spent the last two years performing in MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET and BURN THE FLOOR. Other credits include National Tours: JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (w/Ted Neeley). Regional: SIDE SHOW (Terry), OKLAHOMA! (Curly), 1776 (Thomas Jefferson), BUDDY: THE BUDDY HOLLY STORY (Buddy), CITY OF ANGELS (Stine), LES MISERABLES (Marius). He’s visited over 50 countries while working on cruise ships and has performed at The Kennedy Center (THE DIVINERS), Hollywood Bowl (CAMELOT, LES MISERABLES), and The Greek Theatre.

Louis Pardo is more anxious than he has ever been to share his first musical with you. Gregg and Louis have been writing together for a long time and have been best friends for longer. They toured the country together as roommates and used to have coffee creamer fights in their hotel rooms. Louis was most recently seen as Toad in South Coast Repertory's A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD. Other Credits include: San Francisco Symphony's concert of WEST SIDE STORY staring Cheyenne Jackson, National Tour: JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR Troika (Simon & Judas u/s), HAIR Hollywood BowlRegional: THE LAST 5 YEARS Rubicon Theater (Jaime) AVENUE Q SoCal Regional Premiere(Princeton/Rod), PIPPIN Diversionary Theater (Pippin), THE FULL MONTY (Jerry), THE WHO'S: TOMMY (Cousin Kevin), EVITA (Che) .
