Come join Hana Marritz Sunday April 22nd from 3p-5p at
The Chi Hive Studio, 22 Main St. Narrowsburg, to
honor and celebrate Mother Earth and the love, nurture, and wonders she sends us every day.
Take a Shamanic journey to the heart of Mother Earth to give and receive blessings. Bring drums, rattles, musical instruments, and festive clothing.
We'll also enjoy a slide presentation of Earth’s handiwork and the Divine Feminine Goddess who is her priestesse, the Mistress of the Animals.
Shamanic spiritual and healing practices have been steeping in a long lineage of ancestry, dating back over 100,000 years, from various cultural traditions and are practiced around the world. Engaging in a shamanic journey can serve to help heal oneself emotionally, mentally and spiritually by connecting to unseen, spiritual realms. A Shaman, defined as "a spiritual healer', can help to guide the participant on a dreamlike journey to clear out and restore blocked energy channels. In this way one may connect to a deeper wisdom that may offer insight into healthy ways to grow and transform, provide opportunity to retrieve information that may be beneficial in one's own positive growth and development and in the growth and development of humanity. The Shaman may use song or rhythmic percussion to enter into a trance like state, the place between awake and asleep, in order to connect to the spirit world to ask for support and guidance to help those participants who are on the journey. A healing modality worth exploring!
