Resonance, is a new Regina based musical duo consisting of Christie-Anne Blondeau (Vocals) and Fred Foerster (Acoustic Bass). This unique combination of instrumentation explore the genres of jazz-pop music with minimal instrumentation and maximum sound. This duo is guaranteed to surprise and delight audiences with their interpretations of jazz, pop and soul music with a twist.

Christie-Anne Blondeau is well known in Saskatchewan within the Francophone communities and is even considered to be the voice and soul of the Prairies by her fans. Now trying to make herself known in the province with her English repertoire, she loves singing blues, soul, jazz, rock, and even old French war tunes. She is a member of the duo Resonance and also Small City Soul. She has contributed her back abilities to bands such a Scott Richmond ms Jeff Mertick.

After a 27 year career with the RCMP Fred rediscovered his love of music and now is a freelance musician based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Fred plays both Electric and Acoustic Bass and a variety of musical styles. He has played with the Bob Moyer Big Band, Flutist M.V. Bourque and can be seen around town playing with the Jeff Mertick Band and Small City Soul.
