The Climb Fitness Center is running two Sports Conditioning Clinics for middle school and high school athletes this summer! Taught by Erin Kershaw, American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist and Ruthie Silver, ACE Personal Trainer, our program focuses on the 6 key components to building a strong athletic foundation:
