This 8 week personal development course teaches you practices and techniques to enhance your wellbeing and help you to find ways to get more out of your life. It will help you find new approaches to old patterns of thinking and reacting, through engagement in group discussion, sitting and movement practices.
This course is 2 hours a week for 8 weeks plus a practice day 10am till 4pm on Saturday 23 June. The group size is typically between 8 and 15 people. For more information see https://www.be-more.co.uk/courses/
