8 weeks of Mindfulness training could be just what you need.
2 hours a week, in a group of other men in similar situations learning new skills that can have positive effects on your life. Mindfulness is learning how the be more present and aware of what is happening around and inside of you. All of us have busy minds which distract and eat away at our ability to make positive changes. We live through our habits which lead us away from our potential. By learning to pay attention on purpose we develop a healthier mind set and thinking patterns.
To learn the skills of mindfulness we practice a form of meditation and sit on chairs. There is no special way to do this and no religion. There is no test and no competition, the only winner will be yourself. Each week builds on the last as we develop a set of skills that you can pick from to help with difficult times. There are limited spaces and this is free of charge.
