Spring & Summertime Salads — Barry and Meta West will be in the kitchen preparing a variety of salads perfect for spring and summer menus. They’ll begin with a 5-star Southern-inspired layered salad, and then move on to another crowd-pleasing main dish salad — a wild rice and grilled chicken recipe that dates back to the Kirby House Restaurant in Abilene. There’s a marinated green bean and potato salad that is sure to become one of your favorite potato salads of the summer, and it’s much lower in fat and calories than most! They'll round out their offerings with a salad that doubles as an appetizer + a “salad bread” — an oven-toasted bread topped with garden veggies. $31 person
