This week we will meditate on our Anahata chakra. We will use the air mudra in order to free ourselves up of anything weighing us down. Then we can give ourselves permission to let go of that which no longer serves us.

Come and find some stillness amidst your midweek hustle. There will be candles lit, incense, cozy pillows in the prayer room and stay for a free vegan/vegetarian friendly breakfast afterwards.
