Over three days you will learn all the basics of making, construction and decorating a contemporary wedding cake. All skills can be transposed and used onto any cake. This class will give you the confidence to design and create a bespoke tiered wedding cake.
You will have the choice of presenting and finishing your wedding cake in one of several different styles: flower cascade, flowers on each tier; or flowers around a separator.
Colour choice will be yours throughout and final piped designs will also be up to you.
We try to encourage students in this class to have a go at designing a cake they will be pleased with, while at the same time including all the elements and skills learnt during the time. We will of course be on hand to discuss all the options and to help guide where required.

The class is £350 and includes all ingredients and materials used, use of tools and equipment supplied for each person and refreshments throughout the day.
We can accept payment by installments for this class of an initial payment of £150 followed by two further payments of £100.
Weekday classes run from 10am to 4.00pm - 5pm approximately. Class times may vary each day.
