Join TDM Instructor Krystal to learn new and unique ways to use a foam roller for stretching and engagement, while challenging and focusing on different muscle groups. Pilates is a method of strengthening muscles in their elongated form, and the foam roller is a helpful tool in achieving that goal. The foam roller can provide additional stability challenges for core muscles, assist in your stretching routine, and improve your posture. There will also be opportunity to ask questions and get personalized feedback throughout this session.
