Make a commitment to yourself this Spring! Join a beautiful circle of women for a journey of renewal and cleansing. Over ten weeks, we will gently and systematically work our way up the seven energy centers, from the root to the crown.

Week 1: Welcoming Circle Practice
Week 2: Muladhara Chakra-- Security & Survival
Week 3: Svadisthana Chakra-- Creativity
Week 4: Manipura Chakra-- Action & Balance
Week 5: Anahata Chakra-- Love & Compassion
Week 6: Vissudha Chakra-- Projective Power of the Word
Week 7: Ajna Chakra-- Intuition & Wisdom
Week 8: Sahasrara Chakra-- Humility & Vastness
Week 9: The Aura-- Radiance
Week 10: Celebration

We will practice Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Through breathwork, physical exercises called kriyas, meditation, and chanting, we will clear blocked energy in the chakras and bring forth our radiance. Gurmukh's book The 8 Human Talents will be a source of inspiration and guidance for the journey through the chakras. Together, we will share practice, conversation, creative expression, and friendship. The atmosphere is relaxed and open-hearted. Hope to see you there!

Recommended reading: The 8 Human Talents by Gurmukh. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the class.
