Chef Elizabette Andrade from Cooking Alchemy will lead this two-hour class, which includes a 3 course seasonal
meal. Guests will be actively involved in the food
preparation process, and observe and inquire as the Chef finalizes the three course plant-based meal. The courses include a salad, an entrée and a light dessert. The culmination of the class will result in guests enjoying the fruits of
their collective labor.
