Selena, Radio Personality, The JV Show morning show, 94.9 KYLD
I’m Selena & I’m a Cali girl born in Salinas, CA! My radio journey started when I was 17 at iHeartMedia-Monterey. I started as an intern dabbling in a little of everything to learn as much as possible to hopefully one day land a full time gig. I did weekend shifts for a couple years and then it happened, I was given my dream job as a full time radio personality at KDON-FM doing middays. It wasn't long after that, that I moved to the Bay Area to do mornings on KYLD-FM (WiLD 94.9). I've also been on air at KRQQ Tucson, KUBE Seattle, and WBTT SouthWest Florida. Although I've been doing morning radio at WiLD for 7 years now, there is still so much learn. There are days I can't believe that this is my life....I get paid to do what I love! Between work and my daughter who I love so much...what more can I ask for?!
