Join us April 15th for the next installment of our Brewer Brunch series as we welcome Hermit Thrush Brewery of Brattleboro, Vermont!
Just over 3 years ago Hermit Thrush opened their doors and ushered in the next wave of sour and wild ales to New England. From experimenting with native yeast to brewing with local fruit, they have developed their beers into a true representation of Southern Vermont.
We will be featuring 7 beer on draft including 2 of their newest releases, Cassis and Fou d'Or. Our kitchen will once again craft a special menu to pair specifically with each beer.
