Join Amanda for Yoga into meditation. This class will be a sweet way to wind down at the end of the weekend. Each class will consist of a short flowing asana practice weaving movement and breathwork to aid the physical body and mind into a space of present, calm alertness, before settling into a guided meditation.
Yin is the medicine that we need when we find ourselves too busy, overwhelmed and stressed out. This therapeutic class will stimulate the rest and relaxation (parasympathetic) side of your nervous system, assisting with sleep and rejuvenation.
