For pregnant women, whose bodies and minds are constantly working to literally create life inside of them, breathe into birth is a perfect way to help your body rest and regenerate in order to complete this profound and instinctual task of creation.
Using a combination of restorative yoga and deep relaxation techniques, take a rest from the stresses and anxieties you may be feeling during pregnancy and in preparation for birth.
Suitable for any stage of your pregnancy, you will be supported by blankets, pillows, cushions and bean bags. Allowing your body to open, unwind and de-stress and your baby to thrive on your relaxed energy. Along with postures, we will use specific breathing techniques to slow down and recharge your mind.
This workshop will focus on many elements to support pre-labour, labour, birth, pushing and recovery including:
