Have you been wanting to meditate, but struggle to make time for it or not quite sure how?

We are excited to offer weekly guided meditations on Thursday’s at 9:00AM to build your meditation practice and enhance all areas of your life.

Whether you are new to meditation or a meditation guru, come join us for 15 minutes to ground down and start your day off right.

When: Every Thursday 9:00AM- 9:15AM (Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled, doors close at 8:58AM)
