SUNDAY MAY 6TH BRUNCH & CREPES Cooking Class - 11am to 2pm - 20 students max.
Join us for a fun Sunday Brunch of fresh buttery crepes filled and topped with your choice of a variety of ingredients and toppings. (This is Graduation Weekend so you might want to enjoy a fun morning away from the crowds too.) We will learn to make both sweet and savory crepes in the class and each student will flip and form his/her own crepes. This is a perfect time to enjoy a morning brunch served with mimosa’s and Bellini’s as well as a full brunch buffet of fresh baked foods alongside the class. Students will learn to make, form and flip crepes in this class with each student making and flipping their own crepes. Assorted toppings, stuffing’s and condiments will be available to fill the crepes. A Brunch buffet will also be available for students to eat with the crepes. The class consists of some observation and some hands-on to learn technique. ($40.00/per person, includes class instructions and a full brunch of crepes and side dishes. This will be a hands-on type of class.)
