Our next round of our High Performance Training Programs kicks off on Monday 4th of June.

Over the 8 week training period, the following programs will be on offer:

• Functional Hypertrophy Program
• Hypertrophy/Strength Program
• Strength Program
• Metabolic Conditioning Program

Each program has a different scientific basis behind it designed to help you reach your training goals. Whether you’re wanting to build lean muscle, maintain muscle and decrease body fat or whether your wanting to build pure strength, one of the above training programs will help you reach your goals.
