No Pole or Aerial experience required - this is open to anyone who wishes to increase their flexibility.

A fun class using a blend of flexibility techniques and training methods this class is a low impact but an intense focus on better flexibility; which may improve your performance in physical activities or decrease your risk of injuries by helping your joints move through their full range of motion. Enabling your muscles to work most effectively.

Sharon will lead the class with her years of Stretching experience, Advanced Stretching qualification and latest Pole & Aerial Flexibility training.
