Movement Lab: lower body (2.5 hrs)

Developing strong, supple legs is mandatory for a happy spine and increased overall health. This workshop will dig deeply into leg condition and open and strengthen every single aspect of them. if you've got tight IT bands, hip flexors, a limited forward fold, chronic hip tightness, etc - then this workshop is for you! Using intelligent stretching techniques and therapeutics.
Movement Lab: Upper Body and Inversions (2.5 hrs)
1:30pm - 4:00pm
A great handstand is elusive. Rather than "faking it 'til we make it", it's time to develop a proper foundation! We will go through core movements, body patterns, and the baseline strength / mobility to bring stability when you are on your hands . Post practice therapeutics will be addressed so that wrists, forearms, and shoulders can properly recover. If you're looking to start locking in your time upside-down, this workshop is a great start!
