At GiveBackWorks networking is different, there's no need to stand up in front of the whole room and talk and no need to have a polished elevator pitch. We have an effective around the table style of networking that is relaxed, fun and relationship orientated.
During the meeting there are 3 opportunities to “Network”.
-Between 5.30pm and 6pm our members arrive and have the opportunity to make introductions and chat in a relaxed style.
-Around the table networking with 6 – 10 people where you can introduce who you are and what you do.
-Then we have a table move with a second around the table session to another 6-10 people.
Our 20 minute professional development session also makes us different. You will hear an empowering, entertaining and educating presentation that is business focused and gives you top tips that can also help you to acquire new clients. As an example one of our members recorded his best 3 months for 6 years recently as a direct result from applying some very simple tips he learnt at one of our meetings.
The meeting closes promptly at 7.30pm, but such is the buzz that many stay behind and chat away, so you could say there's 4 networking opportunities in just one meeting.
