Yoga is back! Every Monday we will be hosting an hour-long yoga session in the racquetball court at the Clubhouse! Be sure to bring a friend and a yoga mat. Starting Monday, March 19th at 5:30. Seee you there! #namaste

From our new instructor, Karin:
I've been practicing yoga for 18 years and I've been a teacher for about 1.5 years. I enjoy teaching Basic or Slow Flow (Hatha) classes. I am a licensed physical therapist working in an out patient setting. I like to use my PT knowledge to help people participate in yoga utilizing props and modifications as needed for their practice. I like that yoga has benefits beyond just the physical, allowing participants to calm their minds and relieve stress and anxiety. I feel that yoga is a wonderful exercise for people of all ability levels.
