Superfood are an integral part of any health regimen based on exercise and a healthy diet, but is good for any kind of well balanced diet due to all the benefits for our body. This 2 hours workshop will introduce you to this world, both explaining and clarifying basic concepts, and cooking some nice plates based on some on these ingredients.
