Learn a variety of Asian inspired dishes as well as common flavor pairing so that you can experiment and create your own dishes at home!

What's on the menu?
· Garden fresh spring rolls with spicy peanut sauce
· Soba noodle stir fry with mirin and soy
· Hot and sour soup with shrimp and lemongrass
· Special demonstration on the five flavor elements of Chinese food—learn how to combine salty, sour, bitter, sweet and savory, and umami for delicious dishes
