Begin your Sunday with a two hour Yin & Yang yoga workshop in the beautiful Trenance Heritage Cottage. We will warm and tone the body with a dynamic Vinyasa practice before moving into a blissed-out Yin sequence to prepare you for a mindful relaxation.
Make the most of your relaxed state, and enjoy a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to unwind and restore you.
And then we will drift next door and enjoy a healthy, hearty brunch at the Garden Cafe, with coffee/tea and a tasty smoothie.

* VINYASA FLOW
A strong and fluid form of yoga, adapted from the ancient systems of Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, which challenges the body and links the movement to the breath. A challenging form of yoga practice, but that can easily be adapted to suit any level.
* YIN YOGA
Yin increases your flexibility, targeting deep layers of connective tissue in the body, in between the muscles and deep down into the facsia throughout the body. These longer held, deep stretches aim to increase circulation and improve mobility in the joints. The real beauty of yin yoga is the mindful and meditative state of mind that can be achieved when being still for longer periods of time! The perfect way to release tension and stress, both in the body and in the mind.
