Join us for a beer tasting & pairing class! Each guest will receive a selection of 4 beers strategically paired with small, complimenting sides (menu below). While snacking, Chef Myk will teach attendees how to pair beer/food. Once the tasting is complete, we'll share some drinks and desserts together!
1) Blonde beer paired with sweet turkey sausage and sauerkraut
2) IPA beer paired with lemon risotto
3) Amber beer paired with coq au vin with quinoa
4) Porter beer paired with seared steak with cayenne onions and mushrooms
