A number of studies have shown that yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety, as well enhance your mood and overall sense of well-being.
To that end, this yoga workshop will focus on a therapeutic practice of yoga that is designed for those who suffer from anxiety or insomnia. We will practice and learn very specific breath work and postures that help to stabilize drastic mood shifts and give you the tools to avoid triggers and temper emotions.
