Raise the bar! Babywearing Ballet is a post-natal activity that will whip you back into shape while sharing time with your baby. Whether you have danced ballet in the past or you’ve only dreamt of it, the Babywearing Ballet class is open to everyone. This class is similar to regular ballet classes: barre exercises (pliés, tendus, dégagés...), centre exercise (port de bras, adage, combinations), etc. Throughout the class, special attention will be given to muscle toning and posture particular to arduous ballet training.
