Amanda DeGrace is a Bellies Inc. Core Confidence Specialist. In this 4 week program we will focus on breath, alignment, movement and releases that will enhance your "Core 4" muscles. The Core 4 muscles are designed to work synergistically and consist of your diaphragm, transverse abdominals, pelvic floor and multifidus muscles in your back.

This 4 week series is for women who are postpartum and beyond! We have many women who attend who are 5+ years postpartum, all are welcome!

Class location: GNAG 175 Third Ave

Babies and children are welcome to attend and and play in the space but the class is focused on mama!
