#var:page_name# cover

Wes Tjaden is a Drug Recognition Expert in Grand Island. He will be presenting to parents at the Grand Theatre at 7PM on May 10th. Doors will open at 6:30PM and the event will end at 8:00PM. This is a FREE community education available to parents or other caring adults.

The drugs our kids are exposed to today are not the same drugs of the 1960's, 70's, 80's, or 90's. This world moves fast- and the only way we can be helpful as a community and as parents is if we know what drugs are out there.

*Marijuana may be laced with other drugs causing fatal combinations.
*E-cigarettes may look like USB drives.
* Cough syrup and sprite may be combined and called "Purple Drank" or "Sizzurp" and referenced is referenced in popular youth songs.

This is for EVERY parent in the Hall County area- please come to this FREE event to learn more about what your children may already know.
