iRest® Yoga Nidra is a nourishing way to start your weekend. By practicing iRest we grow our ability to become kinder, more resiliant humans. When we are in harmony with ourselves this changes our experience of the world. We become more at ease, less reactive to life, and more responsive to the others around us.
What to expect:
There will be a short lecture, and a full iRest Yoga Nidra practice.
The iRest practice will be recorded and made available via email to the participants.
All levels of experience are welcome
Please bring comfortable clothes that will keep you warm and perhaps a pillow for extra coziness!
