Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. There are eight dimensions of wellness and in this workshop we touch on all of them. Our focus for this two hour session, is to help build knowledge and awareness surrounding wellness and self care. The goal is to help you feel healthy on the inside just as much as the outside.
During this session, we will have some amazing guest speakers that will be bringing some of their products to share with you.
Aga from Herbologie will be talking about her botanical blends and how they can be used in your everday routine. She will help to guide you on the connection between food, your body and enhancing health through herbs. You will have the opportunity to sample her Recovery blend and the new Focus blend.
Tiera from Hutch and Howl will be talking about the benefits of adding fresh pressed juice to your diet. Using juice in your routine can supplement the body with nutrients, minerals and vitamins that you may not get from your current diet. Juice samples will be availale to try.
Jill from Essentials by Nature will talk about wellness and tools to create a space in your life for self care. You will receive your own special essential oil gift, just for you.
Andrea from Videri Health will lead us on a meditation that focuses on healing from the inside out. She will give you tools to use mediation on your own to achieve optimum wellness.
