Our seven week yoga beginners’ course is the perfect way to start out on your yoga journey. You will be introduced to your practice in a small group of students (we believe in giving nurturing individual attention to our beginners) who are all starting from the same place as you. You will be taught the correct alignment in all the main postures, you will be introduced to breathing techniques and learn how to synchronise your breath and movement and you will gain an understanding of the more meditative practices of yoga. You will finish your course stronger, more flexible, less stressed and ready to either progress to our basics classes or into any of our group classes if you feel ready. We strongly advise that everyone who is new to yoga attend one of these courses to set you up in a safe supportive environment rather than throwing you in at the deep end.
