Then the Introduction to Yoga for Men course will be perfect for you. You don’t have to be flexible, you don’t have to have done yoga before, you just have to want to give it a go to improve everything about your own fitness.
The course will be taught by David Ellard of Mind and Body Movement. David is a Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, 3rd Degree Black Belt - but definitely not a contortionist.
David is passionate about getting guys into yoga to experience the host of benefits that it offers.
This 6 week course will be held at The Heart Space Yoga Studio in Wolverton running on Sunday afternoons at 1 PM from 6th May 2018
By the end of the course you will have:
· become comfortable with the common forms (Asanas) used in yoga
· improved your balance and proprioception
· improved functional strength and body integration
· improved your flexibility, mobility and stability, and
· learnt some simple mindful relaxation techniques you can take into everyday life.
