Join us for Fitness in Pearl Park every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in April with Smart Barre San Antonio! After class enjoy specials in the Bottling Department from The Good Kind and the Bottling Department Bar! All classes are free and open to the public.
Smart Barre incorporates strength and resistance training through the use of small hand weights in addition to your own body weight. During class, we strengthen virtually every part of the body, largely focusing on the upper body, legs, the gluteus muscles, your abdominals, and the entire core. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat to class.
