Craving Change is a workshop that focuses on behaviour change rather than a fad diet or certain foods
Learn WHY you eat instead of focusing on WHAT you eat. This program was designed by a Dietitian & Psychologist and run by a Certified Facilitator.
Lessons are taught in a group session that requires participants to reflect, discuss (if comfortable), and test out strategies during the four week program.
Attendance is recommended at each week as we build upon what we learn & each lesson has valuable activities & strategies to help you get the best results for your health goals.
Series dates include: Wednesday May 2, 9, 16 & 23.
Location will be at The Hive in London, Ontario.
Participants receive a complimentary Craving Change Reference Workbook at the first lesson ($10 value) in addition to 8 hours of class time, email support in between lessons & lifetime access to an online support group for ongoing support led by Nutrition Bites.
