Who is he?

Priveen Raj Naidu was half of the 2-man team that set up AirAsia (asia’s leading Low Cost Carrier) in Singapore back in 2003. After setting up operations, he moved onto a regional commercial role focusing on all aspects of internal and external branding. Post AirAsia, Priveen worked with several brands that have redefined social norms. He has worked with various MNCs to improve organizational development and corporate brand positioning.

In 2017, he started, Reapra Aviation Partners, an aviation consultancy firm that specializes in turning around developing airports and airlines in this region. He also sits on the board of directors for the parent company, REAPRA, a venture capital company, and focuses on identifying and interviewing potential start-ups that the company can invest in.

Priveen’s vast amount of experiences as well the roles he has taken up over the years has exposed him to many startups and ideas, not all of which made it the marketplace.

What can be expected?

For this session, he shares the many mistakes as well as the astonishing successes that got him to where he is. Starting up takes more than just luck- it takes endless planning, strategic thinking, months of trying and many cups of coffee!
