Simon delights in exploring movement as a way to be our best selves. A certified yoga teacher of 400 hours with a background in Taiji and various forms of dance, he loves Dance Mandala for the freedom it allows to connect to oneself in whatever way feels appropriate at any given moment.
He seeks to create a safe and fun space so others can also experience the healing power of Dance Mandala.
