Hot Ashtanga Vinyasa

Come cleanse the body, nervous system, and mind as we flow through a standardized set of postures established and passed down by Sri K Patabli Jois from Mysore, India. There are 6 series in the Ashtanga method - each designed to prepare you for the next. In the first, the Primary Series, the focus is to detoxify and align the body and consists of a vigorous set of postures that most practitioners spend a lifetime practicing. In this workshop, we will move and flow through the first half of the Primary Series in a room heated to approximately 95 degrees.
