Each time we touch the wall we have essentially fallen out of our handstand. Aaron will provide you with ways to work away from the wall so you can learn to catch balance free in the room.
Explore various preparatory exercises and movements that will help you create a solid foundation from which to build.
There will be a strong focus on anatomical alignment and how to create muscle memory to aid in the sensation of effortless balance.
