Becoming a Mom is HARD WORK on your body. It is exhausting. It's (for some) destroying and for ALL it changes "things".
IN THIS CLASS WE WORK on changing these "things" and getting them at least a little bit closer to normal.
** You DON'T HAVE TO BE a mom **
The focus will be on:
♥ Cardio Confidence - getting back into cardio workouts is hard, we will work to show you ways to progressively get there
♥ Fitness Progression - This class is aimed at helping you, MOM, get healthy, stronger and feel prepared to move to the next level of class in a setting where EVERYONE is seeking the same goal, to feel "normal" again.
♥ Pelvic Floor - what is it? how do we engage it? Is there any hope?
