Would you like to improve your cycling technique, riding endurance capability, or average speed? Do you want to feel stronger and avoid soreness or injury when hiking, biking, paddling, golfing, or doing any other physical activity? If your answer is yes, join us for this core assessment and workout that focuses on getting you ready for your upcoming outdoor season of badassery.

This workshop will provide you with an assessment of your core stability and give a framework for improving core function. We will go through a core assessment, core mobilization techniques, and a workout that improves core stabilization, strength, and power of your entire core musculature.

A functional core is necessary for everyday movements and sport. Join USA Cycling Coach Tracy Roth for this workshop to address core imbalances and movement compensations, improve your ability to prevent injury, and bring greater strength and power to your endeavors.
