Love Your Brain Donation Practice - Gentle Flow and Meditation

On Sunday March 18th, 10-11:30am we will be offering a special morning class by cash donation to support an organization we value the LoveYourBrain Foundation.

Love Your Brain supports people who have had Tramatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) in their healing process, particularly through the mediums of yoga and meditation. They have coined the month of March 'Mindful March' in honor of brain injury awareness, broadening the conversation around TBIs, and raising funds to offer more Love Your Brain programming to people with these injuries.

Our studio class on the 18th will include an all levels sequence, guided breath work and a short meditation.

All proceed for this class will go to support the efforts of Love Your Brian.
