We’re not sure there is a better way to celebrate Mexico’s independence, than through it’s fantastic cuisine! You’ll learn how to masterfully cook eggs, we’ll make homemade corn tortillas (and you may never eat another store-bought tortilla again.) We’ll enjoy our Middleground Farms slowly smoked pork to complete our “Rancher’s Eggs” with all the best accompaniments. Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables. And you’ll be out in time to transition to some cervezas to enjoy the afternoon!

On the menu … homemade corn tortillas ~ huevos rancheros with smoked pork ~ avocado lime crema ~ mango rice salad with toasted pepitas ~ churros with cinnamon ganache

Enjoy a glass of bubbly upon arrival and another with brunch. All non-alcoholic beverages are also included!
