You will learn how to make a fresh curry paste from scratch, how to master fresh spring rolls, work with different types of Asian noodles, and how to create Thai style salads for every season, all while learning to balance the salty, sour and sweet that is Thai food!
Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
